APCO Ltd. is a multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy with unique experience of dealing with isolated country environmental issues. It has specialist expertise in civil engineering and environmental remediation.

APCO Ltd. will apply its environmental contamination expertise in developing the strategy and interpreting the output of the demonstration site survey. In addition the firm’s civil engineering capability will be utilised in the design, on site implementation and performance verification of the demonstration. APCO Ltd. will be consulting with the Maltese community and authorities to ensure that the NITRABAR approach accommodates the situation in this country. It has a key role as a dissemination and advisory hub for neighbouring countries. As part of this activity it will organise a stakeholder workshop and consult with a wide variety of entities involved in the replication of the NITRABAR approach in Malta.
